保存條件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

產(chǎn)品介紹 PLEKHG5 is predominantly expressed in the peripheral nervous system and brain. PLEKHG5 localizes to the cytoplasm, however when cells are stimulated, PLEKHG5 is found near the perinuclear regions. PLEKHG5 contains the highly-conserved DH-PH module which is considered to be the signature motif of the Dbl family of guanine nucleotide exchange factors (GEFs). PLEKHG5 activates the NFkB signaling pathway and may be involved in the control of neuronal cell differentiation. It has been suggested that mutations in the PLEKHG5 gene may lead to autosomal recessive distal spinal muscular atrophy (DSMA). Four isoforms of PLEKHG5 exists due to alternative splicing events.
Function : Receptor for TNFSF12/APO3L/TWEAK. Interacts directlywith the adapter TRADD. Mediates activation of NF-kappa-B andinduces apoptosis. May play a role in regulating lymphocytehomeostasis.
Subunit : Homodimer. Interacts strongly via the death domains with TNFRSF1 and TRADD to activate at least two distinct signalingcascades, apoptosis and NF-kappa-B signaling. Interacts with BAG4.
