保存條件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

產品介紹 PRE7 is a subunit of the Yeast proteasome. The yeast proteasome seems to be composed of 14 different subunits which form a highly ordered ring-shaped structure. The proteasome degrades poly-ubiquitinated proteins in the cytoplasm and in the nucleus. It is essential for the regulated turnover of proteins and for the removal of misfolded proteins.
Function : Catalyzes the synthesis of phosphoribosylpyrophosphate(PRPP) that is essential for nucleotide synthesis.
Subunit : Homodimer. The active form is probably a hexamer composedof 3 homodimers
Tissue Specificity : Testis.
